No children allowed as guests if you are receiving a chemical service. You're appointment will be canceled and the complete service will be charged in order to make another appointment.
No Shows are considered disrespectful to our stylists and to our other guests that would have wanted to book at the same time. If you do not show up to your appointment, you can no longer schedule with us unless you pay the full service that you did not show up for.
If you are running late please call BEFORE your appointment to let us know. There is a 10 minute grace period. After that, you are considered a NO SHOW. You will need to pay for full service in order to reschedule and deposit will be lost.
Children under the age of 12 will require an adult with them if they are waiting in the lobby. Children and adults are not allowed to play with our tools or chairs. Anything you brake, you will be charged for.
Do not wear nice clothing for a chemical service. We are not responsible for any damaged clothing.
All deposits are NONREFUNDABLE. They will go towards your service. If you need to cancel or reschedule, it has to be done 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, otherwise you loose your deposit. There are NO exceptions.
Please come in with CLEAN hair and free of tangles, for ALL services. Unless you are paying for that service.
We have the right to refuse service. If we feel uncomfortable in any way, we will kindly let you know. No explanation necessary.
